El “Resentimiento”, una amarga realidad (Parte II) - The "Resentment", a bitter reality (P

Siguiendo el relato anterior; durante dos años, Absalón, elaboró, masticó y procesó estrategias para eliminar a Amnón. Día tras día alimentaba su raíz de amargura y su resentimiento crecía. El resentimiento no descansa, tiene sed de venganza, es el re sentir las cosas que nos han dolido y lastimado, una y otra vez como un disco rayado que suena repetidamente la misma música. El surco que va dejando en nuestra alma es cada vez mayor y una vuelta atrás se hace más difícil porque nos vamos endureciendo y enfriando cada vez más. Vamos perdiendo el enfoque de lo acontecido, nos encerramos en lo que consideramos “nuestra verdad” y nos bloqueamos a consejos y recomendaciones y ayuda de terceros. Evidentemente el desbloqueo de un corazón así dolido y lastimado puede venir de la mano de Dios.

Ese sentimiento prevaleció sobre todo olvido o intento de reconciliación, aunque más no sea enfrentarlo para pedirle explicaciones, en el caso de Absalón o el de perdonarse y perdonar, aceptarse y cambiar de aire, en el caso del piloto de la aerolínea.

Tanto en el caso de Absalón como el del piloto dieron rienda suelta a su resentimiento, alimentando una raíz de amargura que fue como un cáncer creciendo desmesuradamente hasta involucrar todos sus órganos.

Resentimiento que se convirtió en odio y con sed de venganza. De alguna manera sintieron necesidad de castigar una mala acción o situación haciendo justicia por manos propias. Su falta de perdón y reconciliación redituaron en “resentimiento” que de ninguna manera pudieron manejar; se les escapó de las manos.

El resentimiento de Absalón se transformó en odio y aborrecimiento hacia su medio hermano. El resentimiento del piloto se transformó en odio y desprecio hacia su vida y la ajena.

Absalón alimentó durante dos años el resentimiento en su corazón, lo mismo que el piloto, durante todo ese tiempo que él sabía que no iba a poder volver a volar, alimentó su raíz de amargura. Ambos elaboraron fríamente estrategias de venganza por manos propias.

Absalón provocó una situación engañosa con su padre y hermanos abusando de su confianza. El piloto utilizó la aerolínea donde trabajaba para llevar a cabo su plan macabro. Con una frialdad impresionante, provocó una situación engañosa durante el vuelo, sugiriendo al comandante a que saliese de la cabina de pilotaje (probablemente para que aprovechase a ir al toilette) para así quedarse solo en los comandos. Trabó la puerta del cockpit para que nadie pudiese entrar y así perpetrar su cometido. Engañó y abusó la confianza del comandante quien al darse cuenta de la situación intentó desesperadamente derribar la puerta a golpes de puño a fin de revertir la realidad.

Absalón transformó en sicarios a sus criados incitándolos a cumplir un asesinato por encargo. El resentimiento del piloto lo llevaron lisa y llanamente a asesinar personas inocentes fundamentándose en su deseo de venganza por la determinación que en poco tiempo más tomaría la empresa con él; el que dejara de volar.

The "Resentment", a bitter reality (Part II)

Based on: 2 Samuel 13: 1-.8; 22- 29

Following the previous story, for two years, Absalom, elaborated, chewed and processed strategies to eliminate Amnon. Day by day he fed his root of bitterness and his resentment grew. Resentment does not rest, it thirsts for revenge, it is the re feeling the things that have harmed and hurt us, again and again like a broken record that sounds repeatedly the same music. The groove that leaves in our soul grows in such a way that becomes more difficult to turn back because we harden and cool more and more. We lose the focus of what happened, we lock ourselves in what we consider "our truth" and we block advice and recommendations and help from others. Obviously the healing of a broken heart only can come from the hand of God.

That feeling prevailed over all forgetfulness or attempt at reconciliation, even if it is not, to face it to ask for explanations, in the case of Absalom or to forgive and let pass, accept the circumstances, in the airline pilot case.

Both cases, Absalón and the pilot gave vent to their resentment, feeding a root of bitterness that was like a cancer growing disproportionately to involve all their organs.

Resentment that turned into hatred and thirst for revenge. Somehow they felt the need to punish a bad action or situation by doing justice by their own hands. Their lack of forgiveness and reconciliation resulted in "resentment" that they could not manage; it escaped from their own hands.

Absalom's resentment turned into hate and detestation towards his half brother. The pilot's resentment turned into hatred and contempt towards his own life and of others.
Absalom fed resentment in his heart for two years, just as the pilot, during all that time he knew that he would not be able to fly again, but he continue feeding his root of bitterness. Both coldly elaborated revenge strategies by their own hands.
Absalom caused a deceptive situation with his father and brothers abusing his trust. The pilot used the airline where he worked to carry out his macabre plan. With an impressive coldness, caused a misleading situation during the flight, suggesting the commander to leave the cockpit (probably to take the opportunity to go to the toilet) to stay alone with the commands. He locked the cockpit door so that no one could enter and thus perpetrate his task. He deceived and abused the confidence of the commander who, realizing the situation, tried desperately to knock the door down in order to reverse reality.
Absalom transformed his servants into assassins, inciting them to carry out a commissioned murder. The pilot's resentment led him to murder innocent people based on his desire for revenge cause of the determination that in a short time the company would take with him; to stop flying.
